MeasureKit Terms of Service (paid feature “Remove ads”)
Effective: 2026-10-26 · 한국어
1. Purpose
These terms set out the conditions for the paid feature “Remove ads” sold by EltaCrew (“we”) in the Android app MeasureKit (the “app”). All other features of the app stay free to use without payment.

3. What you buy
- “Remove ads” turns off the bottom banner ad, the ad shown when the app starts, the ad shown when you exit, and the “Watch an ad” item in Settings. The app's features do not change.
- Monthly subscription: renews and is charged automatically every month from the purchase date until you cancel.
- One-time purchase: pay once and the app stays ad-free with no time limit (if the service ends, section 10 applies).
- Ad removal is tied to the Google account you paid with. With the same account it is restored automatically when the app starts (or with “Restore purchase” on the payment screen), including after reinstalling or on another Android device. It does not apply to copies of the app from stores where Google Play billing is not available (such as ONE store).
4. Price and payment
- The price is the amount shown on the app's payment screen and in the Google Play payment sheet, in your local currency as shown by Google Play (including tax where Google Play includes it).
- Payment is processed by Google Play billing with the payment method in your Google Play account. We never receive your card number or other payment details.
- The monthly subscription is charged the same amount on the same day each month, starting from the first payment.
5. Delivery
Ads are removed as soon as the payment completes. If that does not happen right away (for example, because of the network), reopen the app or tap “Restore purchase”.
6. Cancelling the subscription
- You can cancel at any time: app Settings › Remove ads, or Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
- After you cancel, you will not be charged again, and ads stay off until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Cancelling alone does not refund the current period (see section 7 for withdrawal).
7. Withdrawal and refunds
- You may withdraw within 7 days of purchase and receive a full refund.
- How: within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund in the Google Play app (Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history); at any time you can email [email protected] with your Google Play order number (starting with GPA.).
- We refund through Google Play within 3 business days of receiving the request. Once refunded, ad removal for that purchase ends.
- If the feature is not as described in these terms or on the payment screen, you may withdraw within 3 months of receiving it and within 30 days of when you learned (or could have learned) of it.
- Any additional rights you have under the consumer law of your country are not affected.
8. Purchases by minors
If a minor paid without the consent of a parent or legal guardian, the minor or the guardian can cancel the purchase. Please contact us by email.
9. Price changes
- If we raise the monthly price, we will tell you the date, the old and new price and the payment method, and ask for your consent at least 30 days before the higher price is first charged. If you do not agree, the subscription ends before the higher price is charged, at no extra cost. This notice and consent may be handled through Google Play's price-increase consent flow.
- If we lower the price, the lower price applies from the next payment.
- Price changes never change amounts you have already paid.
10. Changes to or end of the service
- If we have to end the app's service, we will announce the end date and the reason in the app and on this page at least 30 days before.
- Monthly subscriptions will be refunded pro rata for the remaining days.
- For paid services with no fixed term, such as the one-time purchase, the term of use lasts until the end date given in that announcement.
11. Contact and disputes
- Payment and refund questions: [email protected]
- Users in Korea may also call the 1372 Consumer Counseling Center or apply for mediation to the Consumer Dispute Settlement Commission of the Korea Consumer Agency or the E-Commerce Mediation Committee.
12. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. For users in Korea, lawsuits fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court for the user's address. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence still apply.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will announce the change and its effective date in the app and on this page before it takes effect. Changes that are worse for users who have already paid will not apply to them without their consent.
