What helps me respond quickly
- Bug reports — app name, device model and Android version, steps to reproduce, a screenshot if possible, and the app version (shown at the bottom of the Play Store page).
- Data-deletion requests — for apps that keep data on a server (Tick Radar photos, Benefit Calendar submissions), include the app name and what to delete; I remove it and confirm by email. All other apps keep data only on your device, so uninstalling removes it.
- Feature requests — describing the situation and what gets in your way helps me prioritize.
- Sitedex listing requests — use the submission page. I review each submission before listing it.
Privacy policies
Each app has its own privacy policy, reachable from the app's Settings screen and its Play Store page, and on this site at eltacrew.com/<app>/.
