None of the above is transmitted to a developer server (there is none). Cloud save stores it in Google Play Games Saved Games only when you choose to (section 4).
TapFlare uses no sensitive (dangerous) permissions — no camera, location, or contacts. Only normal permissions such as internet access for ads, achievements, leaderboards and cloud save.
TapFlare shows ads via Google AdMob (native, interstitial, rewarded). AdMob (Google) may collect advertising ID, device information, and approximate location to serve ads. Users in the EEA/UK are asked for consent first (Google UMP). Rewarded ads (revive, double result coins, card reroll, three-item chest) play only when you choose to watch them.
Achievements, leaderboards and cloud save use Google Play Games Services sign-in. Sign-in is optional — every part of the game is playable without it. When signed in, Google processes your player profile (gamer ID, etc.), and the app sends unlocked achievements and leaderboard records (most kills in a run, Flare Tier total).
Cloud save (Saved Games): if you turn it on, your game progress (the game progress item in section 1) is saved to Google Play Games Saved Games so you can continue on another device. The data is kept on Google's servers and the developer cannot see it. It is handled under Google's policies.
TapFlare is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
