개인정보처리방침

EltaCrew(이하 "운영자")는 「개인정보 보호법」 제30조에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고, 이와 관련한 고충을 신속하고 원활하게 처리하기 위하여 ScanQ 앱(이하 "앱")에 대해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 개인정보처리방침은 2026년 5월 31일부터 적용됩니다.

핵심 요약 : ScanQ는 회원가입 없이 사용할 수 있습니다. 이용자의 QR·바코드 스캔 기록, 스캔한 문서·이미지, 앱 설정 등은 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장되며 운영자 서버로 전송·수집되지 않습니다. 운영자는 이름·전화번호·이메일 등 개인 식별정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

제1조 (처리하는 정보의 항목 및 처리 목적)

1. 기기 내 저장 정보 (서버 전송 없음)

• QR·바코드 스캔 기록 : 인식한 값, 코드 타입·포맷, 스캔 시각, 이용자가 추가한 메모·즐겨찾기 표시
• 스캔 문서 : 이용자가 촬영·보정한 문서 이미지(페이지), 문서명, 페이지 수, 생성·수정 일시
• 앱 설정 : 테마(라이트/다크/시스템), 언어(한국어/영어)

위 정보는 앱 기능 제공을 위해 기기 내 로컬 저장소(Room 데이터베이스 및 앱 내부 파일)에만 저장됩니다. 운영자의 서버로 전송되거나 수집되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 저장한 위 데이터는 함께 삭제됩니다.

※ 이용자가 촬영·생성한 문서 및 이미지는 이용자 기기에 저장되는 이용자 소유 데이터이며, 앱은 이용자의 명시적 동작(촬영·보정·저장·공유·삭제)에 따라서만 이를 처리합니다.

2. 카메라 (QR·바코드 인식 · 문서 촬영)

• 처리 목적 : 카메라로 QR·바코드를 인식하고, 문서를 촬영하여 스캔 문서로 변환
• 처리 방식 : 바코드 인식 및 문서 모서리 감지·원근 교정은 기기 내(온디바이스)에서 처리되며, 촬영 결과와 인식 결과는 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
• 권한 철회 : 카메라 권한은 기기 설정에서 언제든지 철회할 수 있으며, 철회 시 스캔·문서 촬영 기능이 제한됩니다.
• ※ 촬영한 이미지에 이용자 또는 제3자의 개인정보가 포함될 수 있으므로 유의하시기 바랍니다. 이미지는 기기에서만 처리됩니다.

3. 사진·이미지 (갤러리에서 가져오기)

• 처리 목적 : 갤러리에서 선택한 이미지에서 QR·바코드를 읽거나, 사진을 문서로 가져와 보정
• 처리 방식 : 선택한 이미지는 기기 내에서 처리되며 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 사진 선택은 시스템 사진 선택 도구를 사용합니다.

4. 문자 인식 (OCR)

• 처리 목적 : 스캔한 문서에서 텍스트를 추출하여 복사·공유
• 처리 방식 : 문자 인식은 Google ML Kit을 통해 기기 내(온디바이스)에서 처리되며, 원본 이미지와 인식 결과는 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

5. 내보내기·공유 (이용자 동작 기반)

• 처리 목적 : 스캔 문서를 PDF·이미지(PNG/JPG)로 저장하거나 다른 앱으로 공유
• 처리 방식 : 이용자가 저장·공유를 선택한 경우에만, 기기 저장소(갤러리·파일) 또는 이용자가 지정한 앱으로 전달됩니다.

6. 인터넷 통신 (네트워크)

• 광고 : 아래 제7항(광고 식별 정보) 참조. 그 외 이용자의 스캔 데이터를 위한 운영자 서버 통신은 없습니다.

7. 광고 식별 정보 (제3자 SDK)

• 본 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 게재합니다.
• AdMob은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 광고 식별자(AAID), 기기 정보, 대략적 위치, 앱 사용 정보 등을 수집할 수 있습니다. 이는 Google의 광고 정책에 따라 처리됩니다. (자세한 내용: Google 광고 정책)

제2조 (제3자 제공 및 외부 서비스 연동)

운영자는 이용자가 보유·기록한 데이터를 제3자에게 제공·판매하지 않습니다. 다만 앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음 외부 서비스를 이용합니다.

• Google AdMob : 광고 게재
• Google ML Kit : QR·바코드 인식 및 문서 문자 인식(OCR) — 기기 내 처리

각 외부 서비스의 정보 처리는 해당 사업자의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. (Google: policies.google.com/privacy)

제3조 (정보의 보관 및 파기)

• 앱이 저장하는 정보(스캔 기록, 스캔 문서·이미지, 설정)는 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
• 이용자가 앱 내에서 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하면 위 정보는 지체 없이 파기됩니다.
• 운영자는 이용자의 데이터를 별도의 서버에 보관하지 않습니다.

제4조 (정보주체의 권리)

• QR 기록과 스캔 문서를 앱 내에서 개별 또는 일괄 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 앱을 삭제하면 기기 내 앱 데이터가 삭제됩니다.
• 광고 맞춤화는 기기 설정 > Google > 광고에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 해제할 수 있습니다.
• 추가 삭제 요청·문의는 아래 개인정보 보호책임자 이메일로 연락해 주시기 바랍니다.

제5조 (정보의 안전성 확보 조치)

• 네트워크를 통해 전송되는 데이터(광고 통신 등)는 HTTPS로 암호화하여 전송합니다.
• 이용자의 스캔 기록·문서 데이터는 기기 내부에서 처리되며 운영자 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

제6조 (아동의 개인정보 보호)

본 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주된 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다.

제8조 (개인정보처리방침 변경)

본 개인정보처리방침은 관련 법령 또는 서비스 내용 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 앱 또는 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내합니다.

Firebase 오류 보고·사용 통계 (2026-09-18 추가)

앱은 Google Firebase Crashlytics 와 Firebase Analytics(Google LLC)를 사용해, 앱이 비정상 종료되거나 오류가 났을 때의 진단 정보와 화면·기능 사용 통계를 수집합니다.

• 수집 항목: 비정상 종료 로그(스택 트레이스·오류가 난 화면), 기기 모델·OS 버전·앱 버전, 앱 인스턴스 식별자(Firebase 설치 ID), 앱 상호작용(화면 조회·기능 사용 횟수·체류 시간), 대략적인 위치(IP 로 추정한 국가·지역).
• 수집하지 않는 것: 이름·이메일·연락처 같은 신원 정보, 앱에 입력한 내용.
• 목적: 오류 수정과 서비스 개선. 광고나 마케팅에 쓰지 않습니다.
• 처리 위탁: Google LLC(Firebase). 데이터는 Google 서버에 저장됩니다.
• 보관: 비정상 종료 데이터 90일, 사용 통계는 Google 의 보관 설정에 따라 일정 기간 뒤 삭제됩니다.
• 해제: 이 수집은 앱 동작에 필수라 개별 해제 기능을 제공하지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 이후 수집이 중단됩니다.

ScanQ Privacy Policy

Summary — ScanQ works without an account.
Your QR/barcode history, scanned documents and images, and settings stay on your device and are never sent to or collected by us. We do not collect names, phone numbers, emails, or other identifying information.

1. Data we process and why

1) Stored on your device (never sent to a server)

• QR/barcode history: decoded value, code type/format, time, and any note or favorite mark you add.
• Scanned documents: page images you captured and corrected, document name, page count, created/modified time.
• App settings: theme (light/dark/system), language (Korean/English).

Kept only in local storage (Room database and app-private files); uninstalling deletes it. Documents and images you create are your own data, handled only on your explicit action (capture, correct, save, share, delete).

2) Camera (QR/barcode reading · document capture)

• Purpose: reading QR/barcodes and photographing documents to turn them into scans.
• How: barcode decoding, edge detection, and perspective correction run on the device; nothing is sent to us.
• Revoking: camera permission can be revoked in device settings; scanning and document capture will then be limited.
• Images may include personal information of you or others — they are processed only on the device.

3) Photos from the gallery

• Purpose: reading QR/barcodes from an image you pick, or importing a photo as a document page.
• How: processed on the device via the system photo picker; never sent to us.

4) Text recognition (OCR)

• Purpose: extracting text from scanned documents to copy or share.
• How: runs on the device via Google ML Kit; the source image and the result are never sent to us.

5) Export and share (on your action)

• Scans are saved as PDF or images (PNG/JPG) or shared to another app only when you choose to, to device storage (gallery/files) or the app you pick.

6) Network use

• Only for ads (see 7). There is no server communication for your scan data.

7) Advertising (third-party SDK)

• This app shows Google AdMob ads.
• To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect the advertising ID (AAID), device information, approximate location, and app-interaction data, processed under Google's advertising policies (policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
• You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in device Settings > Google > Ads.

2. Third parties and external services

• Google AdMob: ads
• Google ML Kit: QR/barcode decoding and document OCR — on-device

Each service processes data under its own privacy policy (Google: policies.google.com/privacy). We do not sell or hand your data to anyone.

3. Retention and deletion

• Scan history, documents/images, and settings are stored only on your device.
• Deleting items in the app or uninstalling removes them immediately. We keep no server copy.

4. Your rights

• Delete QR history and scanned documents individually or in bulk in the app.
• Uninstalling deletes all app data on the device.
• Reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in device Settings > Google > Ads.
• For any other deletion request or question, email the privacy officer below.

5. Security

• Network traffic (ads) is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Your scan history and documents are processed on the device and never sent to us.

This app is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

Crash reporting and usage analytics (Firebase) — added 2026-09-18

The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect diagnostic information when the app crashes or hits an error, and statistics about which screens and features are used.

• Data collected: crash logs (stack trace and the screen where the error occurred), device model, OS version, app version, an app-instance identifier (Firebase installation ID), app interactions (screen views, feature usage counts, session length), and approximate location (country/region inferred from IP address).
• Not collected: name, email, contact details, or anything you type into the app.
• Purpose: fixing errors and improving the service. Not used for advertising or marketing.
• Processor: Google LLC (Firebase). Data is stored on Google servers.
• Retention: crash data for 90 days; usage statistics are deleted after the period set in Google's retention settings.
• Opt-out: this collection is required for the app to function and cannot be switched off individually. Uninstalling the app stops further collection.
