4. 데이터 보관·삭제

모든 데이터는 기기 내부에만 보관됩니다.

Firebase 오류 보고·사용 통계 (2026-09-18 추가)

앱은 Google Firebase Crashlytics 와 Firebase Analytics(Google LLC)를 사용해, 앱이 비정상 종료되거나 오류가 났을 때의 진단 정보와 화면·기능 사용 통계를 수집합니다.

수집 항목: 비정상 종료 로그(스택 트레이스·오류가 난 화면), 기기 모델·OS 버전·앱 버전, 앱 인스턴스 식별자(Firebase 설치 ID), 앱 상호작용(화면 조회·기능 사용 횟수·체류 시간), 대략적인 위치(IP 로 추정한 국가·지역).
수집하지 않는 것: 이름·이메일·연락처 같은 신원 정보, 앱에 입력한 내용.
목적: 오류 수정과 서비스 개선. 광고나 마케팅에 쓰지 않습니다.
처리 위탁: Google LLC(Firebase). 데이터는 Google 서버에 저장됩니다.
보관: 비정상 종료 데이터 90일, 사용 통계는 Google 의 보관 설정에 따라 일정 기간 뒤 삭제됩니다.

Summary — Phonest has no server.
All usage data is processed and stored only on your device, with no account or sign-up. Nothing is transmitted to the developer. Uninstalling the app deletes all data.

Crash reporting and usage analytics (Firebase) — added 2026-09-18

The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) to collect diagnostic information when the app crashes or hits an error, and statistics about which screens and features are used.

Data collected: crash logs (stack trace and the screen where the error occurred), device model, OS version, app version, an app-instance identifier (Firebase installation ID), app interactions (screen views, feature usage counts, session length), and approximate location (country/region inferred from IP address).
Not collected: name, email, contact details, or anything you type into the app.
Purpose: fixing errors and improving the service. Not used for advertising or marketing.
Processor: Google LLC (Firebase). Data is stored on Google servers.
Retention: crash data for 90 days; usage statistics are deleted after the period set in Google's retention settings.
Opt-out: this collection is required for the app to function and cannot be switched off individually. Uninstalling the app stops further collection.
