가전 에러코드 검색은 회원가입·로그인 없이 휴대폰 안에 내장된 데이터베이스에서만 이뤄집니다. 검색한 브랜드나 코드는 개발자에게 전송되지 않으며, 개발자는 이용자가 무엇을 검색했는지 알 수 없습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.

4. 데이터 보관·삭제

모든 데이터는 기기 내부에만 보관됩니다.
앱을 삭제하면 모든 데이터가 즉시·영구적으로 삭제됩니다. 별도의 삭제 요청 절차가 필요하지 않습니다.

5. 정보의 정확성 안내

앱이 제공하는 에러코드 정보는 참고용입니다. 감전·가스·누수 등 위험이 의심되면 즉시 사용을 중단하고 제조사 공식 서비스센터에 문의하시기 바랍니다.

6. 아동

픽스코드는 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.

Summary — FixCode has no server.
Appliance error code lookups run entirely against a database bundled inside your phone, with no sign-up or login. The brands and codes you search are never sent to the developer, so the developer cannot know what you looked up. Uninstalling the app deletes all data.

FixCode collects no personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or location. There is no sign-up or login. No network is required for lookups.

All data stays on your device.
Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all data. No separate deletion request is needed.

Error code information in the app is for reference only. If you suspect a hazard such as electric shock, gas, or a water leak, stop using the appliance immediately and contact the manufacturer's official service center.

6. Children

FixCode is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
